Pan fried garlic and parsley button mushrooms in garlic butter served on toast with a poached egg

French goat’s cheese, baby beetroot, salad leaves, crushed walnuts & finished with a balsamic glaze

Beer battered gurnard goujons served with spicy mayo and salad

Smoked salmon and Norwegian prawns with Marie rose sauce, salad garnish and bread triangles

Braised lamb shank served with creamy mash and a shallots, mushrooms and red wine sauce

Scottish poached salmon with prawns lemon butter and samphire

*Pan fried duck breast garnished with baby carrots, feta served with an orange sauce

Cambodian chicken curry (medium) coconut milk, bamboo shoots, green beans, roasted peanuts and sweet basil, served with egg noodle rice or chips

5 hour braised collar of pork brushed with B.B.Q sauce served with chips and coleslaw

Poached Scottish halibut in a chopped mushroom and white wine sauce topped with asparagus (£3.00 sup)
