Roasted Cheshire turkey with sage stuffing, pigs in blanket and cranberry sauce

Pan fried sirloin steak (cooked med rare) flamed with brandy, peppercorns and cream

Pressed chestnut and hazelnut vegetable roast with vegetable jus (vegan)
