Cream of tomato and basil soup topped with crispy bacon cubes wtih artisan bread

Chilled ogen melon with fruits and a mango and ginger sorbet

Duo of smoked salmon and prawn marie rose with salad garnish and bread triangles

Byron’s Cheshire cheese tart with wilted spinach and waldorf salad

MAINS

Scottish roast topside of beef, Yorkshire pudding and roast gravy

Pan fried organic breast of chicken with a chassuer sauce and hand cut chips

Mushroom and parsnip pithivier, spinach, warm sauce vierge

Pan seared salmon, prawn frittter and finshed with a lemon tarragon butter sauce

Roast Cheshire leg of pork, sage & onion stuffing chipolata and pork gravy

All served with vegetables and potatoes of the day

DESSERTS

Sticky toffee pudding with honeycomb ice cream

Bailey’s cheesecake with Bailey’s ice cream and finished with toffee sauce
